West Direct Oil is seeking a Non CDL Driver, to be for front of our Valvoline Professional Ser Position to support our growing business. West Direct Oil a premier one-stop fuel and lubrication petroleum distributor with a focus on safety and customer service.
The Valvoline Professional Series delivers maximum value to consumers and workshops by providing superior professional-grade products to help installers perform value-added automotive services. From fuel system cleaners to coolant flushes, the Valvoline Professional Series optimizes services while generating incremental workshop revenue. VPS is a premiere detailing distributor in Colorado has an opportunity in our appearance division for VPS Driver to represent our company and our products in the business to business market. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Area Sales Manager in developing strategies and tactics that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability in key markets through assigned geography.
- Conduct customer analysis to include on-demand forecasting, competitor capabilities, customer profiles, and the next best alternatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the appearance/detailing community. Leverage these relationships to get CarBrite products specified on future projects.
- Establish short and long term goals and strategies in regards to key clients and prospects. Develop specific action plans to achieve goals.
- Will be responsible for meeting specific sales volumes and profit margin goals on assigned routes.
- Partner with other departments (Sales, Operations, and Accounting) to ensure every account receives the highest level of customer service.
- Communicate with the sales team to manage and coordinate sales to customers who overlap geographic boundaries and markets.
- Actively participate in industry-related classes and techniques as required to develop and maintain the latest trade product technology and applications.
- Manage relationships with key accounts throughout the region.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers and vendors as needed with a team lead.
- Prospect opportunities and companies and market products within core markets.
- Create and maintain strategic opportunity and account plans for strategic opportunities or accounts
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of prior goal achievement showing an increase in sales and customer growth.
- Equivalent 5 years of automotive detail experience
- Previous Appearance Sales experience preferred.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess and maintain a safe driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment screening.
