Overview

As the Demand Generation Lead at PlanOmatic you are responsible for planning, implementation, and execution of digital advertising campaigns. In addition to owning these campaigns you will also report on campaign performance and work on optimizing each campaign launched on behalf of the company. This role will report to the SVP of Growth and will be directly responsible for creating, implementing, and executing digital advertising campaigns to support our lead generation strategy.

Our HQ is based in Denver but this position can be remote located anywhere in the United States.

The Role

Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Create, build and oversee the digital advertising approach focusing on repeatable lead-generation strategies that drive clear KPI results
  • Act as a key thought partner in our 2023 strategy around lead generation, focusing on generating sales qualified leads (SQLs)
  • Oversee and own the planning, implementation, and execution of digital advertising campaigns
  • Generate demand and awareness of the PlanOmatic product catalog among client decision makers
  • Engage data analytics and data mining techniques to effectively target digital advertising campaigns to the appropriate audience
  • Develop, maintain, and leverage reporting tools to track and optimize campaign performance
  • Provide analysis of ROI vs projections of all executed advertising efforts
  • Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline campaign strategy, tactics, goals, and performance
  • Work closely with our growth team to develop campaigns to feed the pipeline and grow our lead base

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of digital advertising experience, agency and B2B based experience preferred
  • Experience developing, executing, and delivering digital advertising campaigns successfully
  • Experience testing, optimizing, iterating, and improving digital advertising campaigns
  • Hands-on experience in designing multi-touch marketing campaigns, overseeing all stages of the funnel
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with sales teams and collaborating closely on sales marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Experience building, executing, and reporting on paid campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Youtube as well as third-party media partners
  • Confident, positive, enthusiastic, motivated, autonomous self-starter who takes initiative and a hands on approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working with smaller budgets, less than $500K annually

Compensation

The annual starting salary for this position falls between $70,000 - $85,000 . Final offer amounts are commensurate with prior experience, leveling, your specific skillset and may vary from the amount above.
