We are looking for a detail and service oriented Design Review Board Administrator. This role's mission is to discern the property Owner’s interest, determine the appropriate approach to address those interests within the context of the Guidelines and Policies, and communicate that information to the Owner or Owner’s Representative.
Duties Include:
Assist owners through the Design Review Board approval process and assist the board.
Work closely with the Community Manager on all processes and tasks related to DRB Guidelines and PUD.
Meet monthly deadlines to ensure adequate operations.
Location: Eagle Ranch - Eagle, CO (on-site)
Start Date: November 15th
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $90,000 /year + DOE
Schedule: 40 hours a week in office or on-site in community
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Must have excellent communication skills - written and verbal, as well as excellent listening skills and supervisory skills.
- Strong organization and attention to details skills.
- Architectural or construction background a plus.
