We are looking for someone to step into this hybrid role where you will drive results through data driven insights, creative marketing strategies, and cutting-edge experiments to improve our website's conversion rate.

You'll get to:
Allocate half of your time landing page creation and optimization using the latest conversion rate tactics, and creating and optimizing email, SMS, and chatbot campaigns.
Devote the remaining time to influencer advertising and designing and testing of ads, as this is the driving force behind our company's growth. Engage in competitive research, scriptwriting, and managing ads across different platforms.
Ultimately you will focus on the whole customer journey by increasing conversion and retention rates through all customer facing interactions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization and digital marketing management.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Detailed history of planning, creating, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRO strategies that drive measurable improvements in conversion rates, engagement, and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create detailed Social, Email, SMS, and Chat Bot campaigns.
- Design, implement, and manage CRO strategies, including landing pages, A/B testing, personalization, and UX/UI improvements.
- Develop and execute test plans, analyze results, and implement actionable insights that lead to increased conversion rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Increase AOV and Lifetime Customer Value.
- Prioritize customer-centric metrics to drive expansion.
- Regularly communicate CRO program status to leadership verbally and through project management software.
- Remain up-to-date with the latest CRO, Marketing, and Shopify trends, tools, and best practices, sharing your knowledge and insights with the team.
