CME Corp's Direct to Site (DTS) delivery department is looking to add a DTS Installer to the Knightdale, NC service center. This person will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction and primarily driving repeat business in the greater Raleigh/Knightdale area by ensuring that our merchandise is handled with care at all touch points. This position will also have occasional travel to neighboring states and will report to the DTS Regional Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Equipment assembly and staging work within CME Corp’s warehouse
• Direct to Site deliveries to healthcare customers utilizing 26’ box truck
• Installation, set-up and placement of medical equipment inside of hospitals and other healthcare facilities
• Regular daily travel within the greater Raleigh region with occasional overnight travel as required
• Effectively and professionally communicate with customers and co-workers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Sound verbal and written skills
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with the Microsoft office products
• Must have flexible schedule as starting and ending times vary daily
• Ability to participate in occasional projects requiring overnight stays away
• Must be physically fit and lift up to 75lbs
• Must have good mechanical aptitude and be very familiar with general hand and power tools
• Carpentry skills are a plus
• Experience driving up to a 26’ straight truck
