Associate Director/Director, Business Development/Sales

Vice President - Intelligent Automation, Analytics & Business Technology Services

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Vice President, the AD/Director, Business Development will ideally meet or exceed sales objectives of the assigned verticals by promoting and selling Firstsource Intelligent Automation, Analytics and other digital services offerings through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships. They will also build a pipeline of future business. Other duties will be assigned by management.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to Firstsource’s rules of engagement.
  • Must prospect potential net new clients and market services in the Americas.
  • Build a pipeline of future business.
  • Acquire new contracts for Digital Practice.
  • Assist in the development of RFPs and proposals.
  • Build and generate connects with Tool\platform vendors and Partners in joint sales pursuits
  • Meet specified goals and objectives assigned by management on a regular basis.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company related information and records.
  • Adhere policies & procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook and the Employee Code of Conduct.
  • Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program.
  • Assist with other special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications


Educational / Vocational / Previous Experience Recommendations
:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 5-8 years sales experience in the Intelligent Automation, Analytics and IT services and\OR Products required.
  • Knowledge of IT service offerings, Intelligent automation tools and implementation lifecycle and current trends preferred
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, presenting and discussing solutions.
  • Ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous manner at-all times.
  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities.
  • Possess excellent organization skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent verbal, written and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong customer, quality and results orientation.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote position
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
