Summary

The Manager of Finance will be the key owner of large project (De Novo, Expansion, Renovation, Consolidation, Relocation, etc) and pro-forma development. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing center valuation and ownership analyses, and provide support for EHG and Practice operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (facilities maintenance, operations, procurement, accounting, etc), and drives key business decisions through excellent financial acumen, objective analysis, and a strategic outlook. The manager reports to the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop pro-forma modeling for large projects across all specialties
• Prepare and review center valuation and ownership change analyses
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting of large project capex
• Assist with process and governance improvement related to large projects and ownership changes
• Assist with financing due diligence
• Prepare monthly analyses, reporting, and commentary for EHG and Practice financial results in a clear and concise format
• Partner with operations, facilities maintenance, and other functions to incorporate qualitative information into FP&A support of key business decisions
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis for EHG and practice operations and cross-functional department teams as necessary
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial and operating reviews for the total company

Qualifications

• Experience developing and leading people
• Learn quickly and think critically to understand the unique set of issues for assignment
• Distill complex problems efficiently, anticipate issues, and evaluate possible solutions
• Manage multiple, competing priorities, often within tight deadlines
• Communicate clearly and concisely, while appropriately tailoring messaging to each audience
• Advanced Excel modeling experience
• Experience with Planning Analytics, TM1, or Cognos BI preferred

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years related experience
