JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Operations (Director of Ops) works directly with the Vice President of Responsive Youth Care Service for the business development and overall operations of Responsive Youth Services, including transportation service contracts. Responsible for directing, managing, aiding in business development, and handling operations throughout the company. The director of Ops leads and manages the assigned workforce, budgets, facilities/programs to meet and exceed the company's business goals.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE is a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team a must!
PRIMARY WORK LOCATION: McKinney, Texas
PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
- depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed
STARTING PAYRATE: Responsive Deployment has an effective method for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Serve as a member of the executive team to develop organization-wide operational strategies. Systems and processes, and key performance indicators for growth and success.
- Coordinate and/or implement all administrative strategies within the required timeframe, and develop communication policies according to company, client, and stakeholders' requirements.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and monitor operational goals.
- Contribute to grant writing efforts and requests for proposals ensuring timely submission of deliverables per requirements.
- Responsible for Policy Development. (Develop, support, and maintain various programs, policies, and procedures to ensure employees follow local, state, and federal rules and regulations)
- Work with VP of Responsive Youth Care Services on program designs, including the execution, policy development, regulatory compliance, risk management, performance of contracts, and service delivery.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences or related field; Master’s degree in business administration or related fields is preferred.
