Job Summary:
The Director of Retailer.com will be responsible for developing the strategy and vision, while leading sales growth for the Fragrance Division across the Retailer.com sites. This role will lead the strategic guidance, development support, and business best practices for the Retailer.com channel. This role will work strategically along-side each US Brand Marketing Team, Sales and Retail Merchants to support and deliver the brands sales target and new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead retailer.com business including development of short and long-term business plans, and day-to-day operations management delivering sales and brand goals
Negotiate with retail partners to secure innovative and increased brand exposures across the Retailer’s digital customer touchpoint offerings
Lead Digital Co-Op planning and spend efficiency, collaborate with Sales & Brand Marketing for an omni-strategy approach, and manage account side-by-side calendars
Lead new .com account launches
Lead business analysis to determine ROI of all retailer.com programs and establish programs to drive continuous improvement of ROI
Actively monitor and identify new program opportunities through competitive and market research
Educate brand holder on US competitive landscape and programs
Provide annual and monthly business review recaps to brand holders and internal stakeholders
Lead bi-weekly/weekly calls with each retailer to confirm product launch details, site updates, sample timing and issue detailed recaps to ensure clear and consistent communication
Oversee promotional calendars by retailer and guide team to execute programming
Oversee and manage strategic sampling decisions and ensure best possible ROI; work with Brand Marketing to secure samples and GWPs for retailer programs to source and ship samples in a timely manner, kitting/bundling as necessary
Review metrics and analytics to drive smart programming decisions
Partner with Corporate Customer Experience to address and problem-solve customers’ inquiries and requests
Coach and develop team (associate manager, interns)
Align with account leads on secure sufficient inventory/quantities and sampling plans for retailer.com programs

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in sales and marketing at a retailer or brand
Highly detail oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strategic thinker with an ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence across groups
Ability to think “outside of the box” with a test & learn mindset
Strong project planning, tracking, and analysis skill
Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner
Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordingly
Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i. e. web-based reports, databases, and various multimedia technologies)
Experience managing, developing, and retaining talent

Salary :
$119,925 - $179,887.5/ year
