Dishwasher Duties - Report on time, check all chemical/cleaning products inventory and station supplies with proper rotation/storage schedules, maintain workstation for cleanliness/organization, understand/adhere to set standards/procedures/rules/sanitation requirements, ensure proper equipment temperatures on dish machine for proper cleaning of hard wares, hand wash large pots/pans and equipment, report items that have excessive waste coming to the dish area, proper cleaning procedures for all equipment/station small wares, communicate product/supply needs to the manager on duty, and communicate with all manager/team to create optimal guest experience.
