E-Commerce Specialist Job at United Radio Services
Summary: United Radio is looking for a qualified applicant to manage our eBay storefront starting immediately. This position will report to the Sales Manager and work in conjunction with the marketing team and individual department managers to bolster our e-commerce presence. . Hours 8:30am-5:30pm M-F.
Responsibilities: Collect and catalog product photos so they can be accessed for e-commerce listings. Utilize existing information as well as market research to build product listings. Perform competitive market research to identify opportunity areas for sale and set pricing accordingly. Perform SEO (Search Engine Optimization) of e-commerce listings. Work with the Sales Manager to perform regular tasks for day-to-day sales department tasks as needed. Address customer issues to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and United Radio. Have a full understanding of the products and services United Radio offers and be able to communicate that to customers effectively
Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and one year sales experience required. Basic computer skills and ability to learn how to use a highly specialized ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System.
Experience with e-commerce, 12v electronics, and/or graphic design is highly preferred. Basic HTML, WordPress, Constant Contact, or web design also preferred.
