We are seeking a Community Life Assistant
Location: Eagle Point Senior Living Appleton, WI
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full time or Part Time, Every other Weekend Rotation
Wage: $15-$18.25 an hour wage is based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Complete required documentation timely and accurately. Act as a Team Champion and mentor/coach/train caregivers and serve as Communication Liaison
  • Maintain community life systems as required by state/federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or activities related field is preferred
  • Professional experience in programming and management in a Memory Care Environment of at least 2 years is preferred
  • Ability to obtain a license to drive community bus
