The main focus of an Education Coordinator is supporting the Center Director with education tasks and supervision of instruction, so they need to be detail-oriented with great management skills that help improve efficiency and promote teamwork. • Exemplary leadership skills and desire to grow with the company.
• Affinity for education and lesson plans, with a strong focus on building relationships.
• Knowledge of mathematics from the Elementary level up to Algebra I and Geometry.
• A passion for math and working with students
• Four year degree preferred; candidates without a degree but with outstanding experience will also be considered.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including GSuite (Docs, Spreadsheets, and Presentations).

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the Center Director in all educational functions.
• Managing the staff to ensure exceptional instructional services for students.
• Applying Mathnasium's teaching methods and curriculum to instruct students in grades K-12
• Administering math skills assessments and building/maintaining learning plans for students based on assessment results.
• Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing families.
• Demonstrating compassion and care toward students.
• Creating an atmosphere that inspires joy in learning math, making our students’ experience memorable and leading to their individual success.
• Maintaining a culture based on integrity and professionalism.
• Fostering positive and effective communication that provides leadership and clear direction.
• Ensuring the center is customer ready at all times, including optimal cleanliness and organization.
