We are looking for someone to assist in the electrical division who is organized, responsible, dependable, and who works well in a team environment. The individual will be assisting the project manager with daily tasks, estimates, job walks, and general management of each project from beginning to end. This will include meeting with clients and field workers to discuss, view, and plan projects while maintaining open communication with the Project Manager and other office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Job tracking
- · Job costing
- · Scheduling (weekly with adjustments as required)
- · Material purchase and locating
- · Contracts, task orders, and purchase orders
- · Create job packets for field workers
- · Preparing and sending invoices
- · Assisting with bids/proposals
- · Job walks
- · Assist with management of multiple projects
- · Filing and research
- · Submittals
- · Project close out packages
- · Phone calls, emails, and general communication with field employees and clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,380.00 - $53,176.00 per year
