Work Schedule

We work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day with occasional overtime. You will receive a 30-minute lunch break. If a vacation is planned, please supply a 2-week notice. If you are sick, please give notice before work is scheduled to commence.

Benefits

Because we are a young company with few employees, we do not offer medical benefits currently. If there is a need for medical insurance, we can connect you with a team to get you set up on your plan (medical, dental, vision, and life). We will provide monthly bonuses to help cover some of these costs after 6 months of employment.

You will receive one week of PTO after your first year, and two weeks after two years with us.

PAID HOLIDAYS: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas day, Labor Day, and July 4th.

Pay

Pay is depending on experience. We pride ourselves in growth and will reward raises at the end of every completed semester of Electrical school, as well as a performance raise. This could equal up to $3.00 a semester.

Tuition reimbursement

We hope that you will enjoy this trade and want to further your knowledge and skills. Due to our desire for you to complete electric trade school, we will reimburse you for your schooling depending on the letter grade you obtain. Anything below a C will not obtain reimbursement. We will help purchase your books needed for school as well.

A =100%

B – A- = 80%

C – B- = 50%

When you are ready to take your tests to obtain your Journeyman license, we will pay for the first set of exams. Failure to pass the exams will require you to pay for any retake testing needed. We will not pay for any study groups or classes you may want to use to pass the state exams.

Tools

We will supply all tool bags, hand tools (employer-provided hand tools: one set of strippers lineman’s, side cutters, utility knife, needle nose, and key saw), voltage testers (tick tester and GFCI outlet tester), and all specialized tools needed for the job. Please provide a drill, impact drill, tape measure for daily use and voltage meter will need to be provided upon 3 months of employment.

This is a family owned and-run business that is looking to grow within Wasatch and Summit Counties. We hold ourselves to a high standard of professionalism and cleanliness. • Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to pass a background check.
