- Troubleshoot and repair advanced industrial electrical, robotic and pneumatic issues on all production equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform electrical and software troubleshooting of production equipment failures with minimal direction and guidance.
- Provide electrical and pneumatic maintenance support and training to operators that results in improved machine availability and increased performance.
- Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on electrical, robotic and pneumatic systems according to specification.
- Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance for most hydraulic and mechanical equipment issues.
- Wire and install new equipment throughout the facility; Able to take projects from conception to implementation with minimal guidance and direction.
- Utilize resources such as equipment manuals to execute more complex repairs; Interface with equipment manufacturers as needed on highly complex equipment issues.
- Trains machine operators on daily maintenance procedures.
- Proficiently design, weld and fabricate basic parts to repair equipment.
- Performs general plant, building and grounds maintenance as required.
