Employee Health Registered Nurse (RN) Job at Santa Rosa Medical Center
Responsible for managing the employee health and workers compensation programs for all SRMC employees, Volunteers and Contract Service employees.
To manage and maintain the duties, functioning, and compliance of SRMC Employee Health and Workers Compensation Programs for all employees, Volunteer and Contract Service employees. To manage the Employee Health Program to include managing new hire and annual screenings, vaccination programs, management of the Drug Screening Program and compliance with recommending and regulatory agency guidelines for employee health services.
- Active RN License required; 2 - 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with employee health and workers compensation management.
- Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of medical conditions, work related injuries, Vaccine preventable diseases, conditions and the related terminology.
- Must demonstrate good communication skills; effective time management; and excellent organizational skills.
