Job Description Summary:
This is an entry level position for recent engineering graduates with a field of study in Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural Engineering. The focus is on training and developing practical experience by drawing from knowledge acquired during academic study.
The Entry Level Engineer is responsible for providing design and drawing support to Project Engineer & Architect for design and construction projects involving Building Systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm, Lighting and Electrical Power). Other responsibilities may involve document management, feasibility study, planning future projects and cost estimating.

Job Duties
Providing design and drawing support to Project Engineer & Architect for design and construction projects involving Building Systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm, Lighting and Electrical Power)
Document management, feasibility study, planning future projects and cost estimating
Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information
Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design, performance specifications or environmental regulation
Estimate costs and submit bids for engineering, construction or extraction projects
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or architectural engineering.
Familiarity with computer modeling programs used to develop designs.
Revit and AutoCAD skills are highly desirable.
Organized with good written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, sound problem solving skills and general computer knowledge
Commitment for a professional engineer's license in 4 years
Preferred Qualifications
Registered, or eligible to register, as an Engineer in Training (EIT)
Member in good standing with the Engineering Association
