Join our dynamic Knowledge Management team comprised of Business Intelligence developers who possess extensive expertise in EPIC databases and reporting tools, supporting data-driven decision-making. SQL development accounts for 90% of our time and effort. We utilize tools such as Crystal Reports, Tableau, and standalone SQL queries, in addition to EPIC products like RW SQL, SlicerDicer, and Radar SQL metrics. We are currently seeking an experienced Epic Cogito BI Developer to provide hands-on expertise in creating clinical and revenue cycle reports for Rush Copley Hospital. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a cohesive team structure on diverse projects.

Required Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role, including EPIC reporting. Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong SQL skills, with proficiency in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and scripts
- Experience working with EPIC Systems databases (Clarity and/or Caboodle)
- Current Epic certification in Clarity or Caboodle Data Models
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools and platforms, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Remote work or hybrid arrangements possible for qualified candidates
