Ryann Reed Design Build is seeking an experienced Residential Estimator to join our team. The following technical knowledge and/or skills are required for this position:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with willingness to travel in Montgomery and Bucks counties (our service area), as needed
• At least 3 years residential estimating experience with thorough knowledge of standard remodeling industry practices
• Knowledge of light commercials
• Ability to accurately perform take-offs
• Create accurate and detailed estimates
• Create accurate project schedules setup for success
• Familiar with applying in-house labor
• Experience with Quickbooks and BuilderTrend are a plus
• Create purchase orders and work cohisively with supply vendors
• Accurately determine project costs (including labor, materials and time needed)
• Perform reviews with clients after completion of work (for feedback)
• Great time management skills and ability to work within deadlines
• Able to review plans to pick up on potential construction or structural issues relevant to estimating

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
