Jeffersonvile Assisted Living is looking to hire an Evening Resident Care Supervisor. We have our eye out for
a compassionate candidate that has experience with housekeeping and resident care. this is an excellent opportunity for an person that is looking to grow in there healthcare career.
The evening supervisor will focus on supporting the Housekeepers and resident care aides.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of the social, and emotional needs of the residents
- High degree of accountability and initiative, organized, self-motivated with a strong patient advocacy
- Compassionate with a focus on customer service
- Knowledge base and understanding of assisted living facilities is a plus
- At least 1 or more years in a supervisory role
