Description:
Lead administrative tasks to ensure the LexisNexis Legal Business Solutions organization functions seamlessly. Adopt a problem-solving mindset and pro-active approach to support the VP of LexisNexis Legal Business Solutions and the associated leadership team.
Accountabilities:
  • Facilitate schedules, calendar, and meeting management
  • Travel/expense management & approval
    • Review organization expenses & approve
    • Assist with expense management including team reports
    • Track down missing receipts, expense follow up with the team, etc.
    • Enter and track expenses for leadership team
    • Full understanding of the Sales T&E policy and proactively research questions asked by the team.
  • Invoices
    • Track invoices and seek necessary information to ensure invoice is ready for approval
    • Alert the leadership on invoices that are ready for approval
    • Proactively resolve issues with the vendor
  • Onboarding/offboarding
    • Facilitate the steps required to onboard new hires per the new hire checklist and seek the necessary approvals
    • Facilitate the steps required to off-board per the leave checklist and seek the necessary approvals
  • Corporate Policies
    • Support with all the LN-NAUK processes:
      • Time and Absence tracking and reporting
      • Organizing and tracking of the annual review discussions
    • Be familiar with HR policies
