Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Implement the vision of the market center
- Lead and empower the office’s leadership team (weekly meetings, one-on-ones, vision-casting, etc.)
- Create strategies, systems, and models surrounding office growth, retention, and profitability
- Create training content and facilitate weekly training
- Consult and coach the top 20 percent of associates to increase productivity and retention
- Lead/Coach Agent Leadership Council
- Lead/Coach accountability groups as necessary
- Set and hold recruiting appointments (business consultations) with top talent in the industry
- Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
Who you’ll be working with:
- Market Center Administrator - (CFO) – collaborate on progress regarding appointments, gross recruits, new recruits, and profit (Four Conversations) – weekly
- Sales Associates (nearly 560) – Set goals, plan, train, and develop careers – daily
- Staff (8 people) – To set goals, plan, and work on projects and tasks – daily
- Broker of Record – collaborate and problem solve as agent challenges arise - weekly
- Vendors – collaborate on win-win partnership opportunities - weekly/monthly

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
