Job description
Nick Mayer Ford Lincoln is seeking an experience automotive porter/ Detailer. Some mechanical skills required.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Candidates must have a friendly outgoing personality, the ability to drive a car and be able to work with multiple staff members and managers. Job duties would also entail dealing with customers and driving them to and from home or work etc., or assisting with any needs required.
Canidates will greet service customers, assist in the write up process, top off fluids on vehicle, install alignment mechanisms to take measurements.
Canidates will be responsible for shop cleanliness, collection of rubbish, organizing and managing scrap piles, cleaning shop floors, and other general maintenance items. Candidates also are responsible for detailing new car and used car deliveries and for maintaining the new and used car display areas.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, BMV screen and drug screen. Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
