This position is primarily for first shift hours, and are subject to change when needed.

Job Summary: Is responsible for the movement of company equipment, I/C equipment, and customer freight within the United States, Canada, and Mexico

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customers receive prompt and professional service, and support all customer related inquiries regarding quotes, opportunities, or anything related to mode optimization &/or pricing
• Monitor all load boards and/or email folders for available opportunities and respond with options to cover shipments based on availability of Bolt equipment or partner carrier solution
• Utilize independent judgment pertaining to financial negotiations
• Exercise discretion regarding customers and Contractors
• Obtain and process customs paperwork for all shipments crossing an International border
• Constantly track orders that are in our TMS timely and accurately; ensure the TMS is up to date with all shipment details
• Monitor shipment progress to ensure on time delivery, communicate with customer to ensure timely resolution of problems
• Maintain goals for weekly mileage for each vehicle/contractor and maintain goals for vehicle utilization
• Keep current with pricing for various unit sizes and regions
• Leads will mentor fellow employees
• Leads will provide team with coaching, development, and direction
• Abide by all Bolt processes and procedures

Other Duties:

• Participate in meetings as required
• Interaction with multiple departments as required
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management
• Maintain targets such as productivity and average answer speed

Education, Experience, Skills, Other Training:

• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and stay calm under stressful &/or time critical situations
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Able to create, foster, and maintain effective employee relationships
• Proficient computer skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some analytical skills required
• Basic to intermediate mathematic skills
