Fabrication Shop Located Near Swanton Area
Hours: 1st Shift 6:30am - 4:30pm M-F
Drug Screen & Background Check Required (no violent charges)
Welder Level 1- No practical experience but completed a recognized welding program or demonstrates knowledge of welding practices. Some training or education required. MIG
Welder Level 2- Ability to join materials by applying appropriate welding Techniques. MIG. Interprets blueprints or specifications to determine size & welding process.
Fabricator Level 1- Reading & understanding of blueprints. Ensuring required parts meet dimension & quality standards of blueprint & customer. Can meet time requirements estimated for the job. Welding skills. MIG
Fabricator Level 2- Fabricates from blueprints, follows work instructions. Manages others to support fabrication of complex jobs. Understands & capable of operating equipment such as press brake & plate rolls.
Installation
Plater - Ability to read prints, read a tape measure, & work power tools such as frame drill & hand grinder. Willing to work on a truck frame laying out crane plates, drilling frame, installing axles, moving air lines.
Installer - Ability to read prints, use tape measure & use power tools. Set a bed & subframe on chassis frame, install winches, mudflaps, out riggers. Welding skills.
