Principal function of this position is to maintain the working order of the LPC buildings.
We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance person. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities. The duties will include maintaining machinery, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures and programs.
Key responsibilities
- Complies with all procedures, policies and requirements necessary to maintain a safe workplace
- assist in all maintenance processes and operations.
- Maintain all equipment to ensure it’s at working standards
- Implement maintenance procedures and programs
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities
- Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
