We provide construction and maintenance service to primarily supermarkets, convenience stores, and other commercial/industrial businesses. Our employees are servicing the Mid-Atlantic region out of 7 branch offices-Mechanicsburg PA, Allentown PA, Richmond VA, Pittsburgh PA, Laurel DE, Baltimore MD and Raleigh NC.
We are seeking a well-rounded individual that can multi-task and work independently to fill a full-time Facility Maintenance Custodian position to support our Mechanicsburg, PA office. In this position you will be responsible for maintaining a clean facility/office environment by completing a variety of cleaning tasks as well as light maintenance duties along with any other duties needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned buildings.
Cleans and disinfects bathrooms.
Cleans and disinfects kitchen areas.
Picks up and empties all trash containers.
Wipes and dusts surfaces including offices and common areas.
Vacuums and cleans all floor surfaces.
Assist with exterior building maintenance including snow removal from sidewalks, grass
cutting and/or trash pickup.
Assist with light building maintenance tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1-year prior janitorial and/or building maintenance experience required
