Facility Manager

What this position involves:

• Help General Manager Lead Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation and Cultural Transformation of One or Multiple Industrial Wastewater treatment facilities
• The treatment facility includes the following:
• Centralized Wastewater Pre-Treatment equipment
• Fleet – Leased or owned fleet that transports Industrial Wastewater to and from the facility
• Facility, Fleet and Management Team members
• Ensure that the facility meets all Environmental Regulatory Compliance requirements with existing permits
• Other interactions:
• Assist the GM to work with Sales team to grow a profitable business
• Assist the GM to Understand the site P&L and work with Accounting to ensure all aspects of the Income Statement are managed
• Achieve Facility Functional Excellence
• Build Safety, Quality & Efficiency into Processing, and Business Processes, including ISO Certification
• Lead Supply Chain (Materials) to improve delivery and cost & quality of purchased goods
• Ensure a safe and healthy facility environment
• Meet or exceed all KPIs
• Help the GM Support Business Case Development for projects - estimate capital, expense, and human resource requirements
• Ensure that the plant meets all Environment, Health, Safety and Security Standards
• Lead Facilities Management

Experience Preference:

• Managing a team, Fleet and Shop team members
• Min 5 years Management Experience
• Industrial Wastewater experience preferred
• Budget and Forecast management
• Educational / Certification Requirement
• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
• Degree preferred in relative field, but not required
• Environmental Compliance
