The Field Manager is responsible for training and managing their team, achieving goals and expectations, and leading by example. Our ideal candidate is one who possesses a proven track record in managing sales teams in the field. This job is for someone that is tired of moving summer to summer and is looking for an opportunity to put roots down in an area. Hawx will provide recruits and your responsibility is to hire and train reps.
Responsibilities:
  • Must have experience in Pest Control.
    Manages personnel and develops sales staff in that region.
  • Manages an assigned geographical territory sales area to maximize sales revenue and meet corporate objectives.
  • Manages and mediates effective company programs to compensate, coach, appraise, and train sales personnel.
  • Conducts both group and individual interview sessions.
  • Foster a culture grounded in accountability, teamwork, and passion for delivering results.
  • Conducts weekly sales meetings with the sales staff to review performance strategies and up-to-date results.
  • Assists the sales personnel in the field, on a daily basis; in establishing contact and building rapport with target customers.
  • Educate the sales team by utilizing pre-approved sales training and coaching programs.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to establish control budgets for work trips and sales events.
  • Prepares and participates in weekly meetings with Executive team.
  • Submits weekly reports to the Executive team.
  • Leads from the front and will lead in the field when necessary.

Required Skills:
  • 2-4 years of prior Pest Control Field Manager experience.
  • Experience working with 1099 employees.
  • High standard of professionalism and ethics.
  • Preferred style of teamwork, collaboration, and humility.
  • High degree of professionalism, teamwork, integrity, leadership, and confidentiality.
  • Strong business acumen, good reasoning, fairness, and sound judgment.
  • Energetic, self-motivated and results orientated with a clear focus on high performance.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Computer experience required, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, as well as demonstrated effective time management skills, including the ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and timely follow up is essential.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: Total compensation package of $100,000-$150,000.
