USA Windows and Doors is a leading impact product installer in South Florida, with a focus on transparency and customer satisfaction. Our entire team works together to make sure everyone succeeds – we grow quickly when our success is collaborative. We’re looking to add a driven, detail-oriented, relationship-focused professional to our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, oversee, and remotely manage all aspects of each project Services.
- Visit job sites and provide general supervision of service men working on each project.
- Plan, oversee, and train staff on all on-site approaches to provide exceptional customer service
- Receive and confirm all product and materials needed for services while remaining in close communication with the operations manager.
- Purchase site supplies as needed to ensure timely competitions of all services in our service department.
- Collect any physical payments needed from clients at the end of final services being completed and deliver to the office.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Previous sales and management experience is preferred.
- Strong industry knowledge of residential and commercial projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Work Location: On the road
