Job Description:

1. Door-to-Door Prospecting:

- Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads and identify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.

- Engage homeowners in persuasive conversations to capture their interest in solar power and schedule appointments for consultations.

- Collect relevant information about the homeowner's energy usage, assess their solar potential, and record details for follow-up.

2. Appointment Setting:

- Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy to homeowners, emphasizing the advantages of our products and services.

- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to conduct comprehensive solar consultations based on the availability of both parties.

- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, appointments, and follow-up activities.

3. Knowledge and Training:

- Develop a strong understanding of our solar products, their features, and their benefits to confidently communicate with potential customers.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in solar technology to provide accurate information during interactions with homeowners.

- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and sales skills, allowing you to excel in your role.

4. Collaboration and Reporting:

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and appointment details.

- Provide regular reports on your prospecting activities, lead generation, and appointment setting progress to management.

- Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing insights, and strategies for improving lead generation and appointment-setting efforts.
