Reno Door & Trim is currently hiring for a Field Manager. Must have experience in consturction management preferrably in finish carpentry. Must know how to install interior, and exterior doors, millwork, and hardware.... Must be reliable and dependable.
This position will require a very detail oriented candidate with strong organizational skills, and a strong ability to maintain and manage schedules. This position will over see field supervisors, and work in direct communication with Contractors, construction managers, and homeowners. Candidates must show a controlled demeanor, with the ability to analyze and problem solve potential issues. This is a direct report position and will report to General Field Foreman.
Salary is DOE. Company truck with gas card will be provided. Must provide own tools. We offer a health plan, with paid vacation and holidays after 1 year.
Hours are from 7:00am to 3:30pm Mon. - Fri. However as this is a managment role, may require more hours. Please email your resume, or apply in person at 125 Catron Dr.
