Salad and Go is seeking a Food Production Solutions Manager!
As the Food Production Solutions Manager, you will:
- Work directly with manufacturing leaders (general managers, supervisors, etc.) to translate required business outcome to the appropriate technical solution
- Identify, size (effort, schedule, cost), and implement system changes
- Manage budgets, produce reports, and estimate implementation efforts
- Continuously evaluate staff positions, responsibilities and individuals for appropriate performance, skills, potential for improvement and growth.
- Manage merit increases and annual bonuses for direct reports.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years managing technical resources including software developers, analysts, and configuration administrators.
- 5+ years with experience supporting or implementing systems to automate a manufacturing environment shop floor.
- Experience with WMS and ERP focused on supporting the manufacturing processes
