Food Service Associate (Front of House)
Summary:
Performs and oversees a variety of cooking, food preparation, and serving for the ministry by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
- Maintain GCD service standards as outlined in the hospitality training program.
- Complete and comprehend knowledge of the menu and various drinks available by the club.
- Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely fashion.
- Display consistently the Steps of Service at all opportunities to members and guests.
- Process payments for members and guests.
- Other tasks may be assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills;
- Must be willing to work outside of normal schedule for catered events.
