The Food Service Representative I responsibilities:
- Provides food service to patients, guests or customers.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment.
- May prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays or catering events and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas.
- Receives and stores food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles.
- Acts as a liaison between, patients, guests, physicians, other hospital personnel and Food and Nutrition Services. Performs other duties as assigned.
