Bericap SC, LLC has a full-time, hourly, opening for a Shipper/Receiver reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all food safety issues and incidents are reported in a timely manner.
• Work with co-workers to load trucks safely within a schedule.
• Use multiple types of forklifts to pull orders from floor stacked locations and Radioshuttle operated racking.
• Load and unload trailers as assigned by the supervisor/lead.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with all product movement and adherence to work instructions.
• Air in checking in incoming and outgoing truck drivers.
• Verify that all outgoing shipments are properly packaged, not damaged, identified, and accurate.
• Verify receipt of incoming material/loads physically and in the system against documentation.
• Complete daily cycle counts as assigned.
• Maintain warehouse organization, housekeeping, and safety.
• Maintain grinder activities and cleanliness of the grinder area.
• Ensure finished goods pallets are removed from the print cell and placed into correct rack locations to keep the cell running.
• Relieve the Shipping/Receiving Lead during absences and vacation.

Experience:

• 2 years previous shipping and receiving experience required
• 2 years forklift experience required (Reach Lift and Sit Down)

Skills:

• Good mathematical skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted
• RF scanner skills

Education/Requirements:

High School Diploma

Shift:

12 Hour Night Shift ($3.00/hour shift differential)
