Responsibilities & Duties
Forklift Operators load and unload trucks, keep records of items loaded and unloaded into the warehouse. They work collaboratively within a team to ensure that all processes are smooth and efficient.
- Completes assignments by processing and loading orders inbound and outbound.
- Off loading rail car when assigned and/or needed
- Provides quality service by following organization standards.
- Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping workstations neat.
- Ensure staging pre-orders are complete for live load carriers for loading time efficiency
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Follows all safety requirements and regulations
- Attention to order details when load is complete
- Maintains cleanliness to the trailers and clamp/forklift trucks
- Beware of surroundings when in and out of the base/aisle to prevent damage to product
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills

- Clamp/Forklift Truck Certified
- Knowledgeable on warehouse scanning equipment
- Time management
- Inventory control
- Equipment maintenance
Physical Demands
- Sitting or driving – 8 hours at a time on a 12 hour shift
- Frequent lifting/carrying – 10-25lbs.
- Repetitive motion with wrist, elbow, shoulder'
