Job description
Fort Leavenworth business is now hiring full-time front desk associates. Candidates must be neat in appearance, energetic, and have the ability to provide an exceptional experience to our customers. We are a team-oriented environment, with a strong desire to make our customers happy.
Qualifications for the Front Desk position:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Good verbal communication skills
- The ability to be coached
- An good work ethic
- Reliable person, with reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns.
- Make phone calls to customers.
- Make sure orders are on time.
- Detailing and hanging garments, organizing area.
Monday: 9:00AM-5:00PM
Tuesday: 9:00AM-5:00PM
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: 9:00AM-5:00PM
Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM
Saturday:10:00AM -3:00PM
Sunday: OFF
You must complete all skills tests including the phone interview test in order to be eligible for an interview with Human Resources.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
