This individual is responsible for responding to all incoming calls. (internal and external). The Guest Relations Agent must work well handling a high volume of calls which will include but is not limited to walk - ins and directing them to the correct team member. They should also be comfortable answering questions. Successful candidates must have strong communication, good typing skills and organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
