Job Title: Receptionist
Reports To: Director of Human Resources
Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Administration
Summary: Responsible for managing the front desk, telephones and intake and assignments of all volunteers and community service persons.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers
- Answers all incoming telephone calls and directs callers appropriately.
- Assists all customers/clients and directs them in the appropriate manner.
- Schedules and assigns all volunteers and community service workers.
- Coordinate with recruiter and schedule interviews for candidates
- Completes all paperwork with community service and volunteer workers and enters data in computer.
- Files paperwork.
- Adds up all volunteer/community service hours from monthly time sheets submitted from store managers and enters them in the computer.
- Files all volunteer/community service time sheets and makes any new files.
- Assists with all emergency clothing vouchers and enters data into computer. Files information when data entry is complete.
- Sorts and distributes paperwork left by transportation.
- Makes copies of paperwork to keep shelves in copy room stocked.
- Fills copier with paper and make sure to leave out 2 reams at the beginning each day.
- Check outside drop box on daily basis.
- Updates phone lists when changes are needed
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must have good organizational skills.
- Ability to use a multi-line phone system.
