As a front desk concierge, you act as the first point of contact between guests, residents and RiverPointe. You are to answer guest inquiries, direct phone calls, and make everyone feel welcome and valued. You are to uphold the company culture at all times. The ideal candidate is customer service focused with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. This position requires strong organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively with the public.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and thanking guests in a sincere, friendly manner.
- Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure.
- Complying with company procedures and safety policies.
- Performing duties on a daily checklist.
- Log packages when they enter building.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
- Customer Service experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player.
- Proof of Covid Vaccination
- Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays when needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
