Roles and Responsibilities. *The ideal candidate will:* * Have at least 6 months of hotel or customer service experience * Be incredibly friendly, customer-centric and love to smile * Must be willing to work on weekends * Have strong computer skills * May fulfill Manager on Duty shifts as needed. Be willing to do long hours as needed * Greet and Register guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates * Answers phone in a prompt, efficient, and friendly manner * Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner and take appropriate action * Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction. Uses creative reasoning to overcome guest objections and concerns to ensure 100% satisfaction * Ensure room revenue is properly accounted and audited every night. Will be trained on hotel nightly audit process * Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
