Front Office Assistant Job at Next Level Concierge Care
Next Level Concierge Care is a small high-end medical practice that serves a limited number of patients who are seeking the best medical care available.
We provide both preventive and acute care for patients in an executive office setting as well as remote care for patients around the country. Next Level Concierge physicians use both traditional medicine and natural / integrative medicine approaches to best meet the needs of each patient.
With growth of the practice, we are now looking to add a skilled and health conscious individual to our office staff. We are seeking someone who has exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong focus on patient engagement and satisfaction. Excellent skills in organizing and tracking details as well as performing standard computer tasks such as being proficient in Microsoft word and eFax and filing incoming reports will be needed.
We are looking for someone who will work with us as a conscientious team member to achieve the best outcomes in a friendly environment of mutual respect where your work will be greatly appreciated by both the doctors and the patients alike.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
