At Koala Insulation of Fort Lauderdale, we are looking for an honest, motivated, and hard-working individual, to join one of our insulation teams in completing our most complex jobs. Responsibilities:

· Adheres to Jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws. Ensures that the rig is safely driven to Jobsite locations.

· Removes and installs insulation based on the specifications of each job. Follows standard operating procedures with equipment set up and operation. Completes a high-quality job while maintaining efficiency.

· Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field alongside Crew
Leader.

· Communicates professionally with customers. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans Jobsite upon completion of the job.

· Communicates any issues to Operations Manager. Performs other related duties as required.

· Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material.

· Handle and transport materials and equipment.

· Use power tools and machinery (e.g. forklifts) when needed.

· Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.

· Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions. Assist in preparing and cleaning job site before and after.

· Load and log materials onto a truck and makes notations of returned materials.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, crawl attics and small places, lifting heavy loads of up to 56 pounds, etc.)

· Good hand-eye coordination.

· Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.

· Communication and teamwork skills.

· Commitment to safety rules.

· Excellent time management.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma/GED required.

· Experience driving truck and rig.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.

· Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
