General Laborer – Mechanical Production

Position Summary:

Your Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented, energetic team member with integrity and a desire to succeed and grow as our business grows.

You will provide mechanical assembly support to the Mechanical Production Department. You will perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures.

It will be your mission to:

· Perform assembly and testing of various sizes and styles of mechanical boards

· Process incoming orders for completion

· Operate engraving machine

· Ship parcel orders

· Organize inventory for mechanical and accessory supplies

· Assist with warehouse organization and maintenance.

· Assist Mechanical Production Supervisor with monthly reporting

· Offer ideas and feedback to engineering team for product improvement.

Who You Are:

You will be self-motivated and trustworthy with strong organizational skills along with good written and oral English skills. You will have the ability to work on an individual basis and as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues at all levels across the business. You will have good problem solving and decision making skills adopting a “hands on” approach to resolve issues.

Skills that you should have:

· 1-3 years’ experience in general assembly or related field.

· High School Diploma or GED.

· Associates Degree, CEET (Computer Electronics Engineering Technology) preferred.

· Basic electronics and computer knowledge.
