The General Manager is responsible for the overall daily performance of Artgrafix, the trading business of Stover Graphics. The business fabricates quality supplies for graphic display and sells related products. The business is self-contained within a warehouse/office setting. The position reports directly to the Company President.

Duties include:
- Insure an effective sales process responding to and resolving customer inquiries.
- Process daily orders and quotes in a timely manner.
- Schedule shipping priorities understanding fabrication tasks.
- Supervise and manage employees who work on fabrication and sales activities.
- Recognize and develop process improvements within the Sales process.
- Manage a small seasoned team of office and warehouse employees.
Skills / Experience preferred
- Ability and interest learning graphic display applications and related products
- Business to business sales experience
- Experience with basic accounting systems
- Create and lead a Sales and Marketing Plan
- 3+ years of managing employees in warehouse and sales positions.
- Business Training such as Entrepreneur Operation System or other training
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, secondary research is also required.
