Position Summary
May manage a function or aid in the operation of a department. May also be used to indicate a position in charge of a non-standard clinical program (this use is infrequent). Does not have direct reports.
Assists Director in coordination of various facets of the GME program which may include candidate interviews and application processes, as well as implementing affiliation agreements and working with mgt on contracts and reimbursement.

Qualifications
Required: High school graduate or equivalent.
Preferred: AA or bachelor's in related field
Preferred:
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Specific Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration (Applicants with an acceptable combination of relevant experience and education that provides the required knowledge and abilities may be considered).
- Experience working with Medical Residency programs highly desirable.
- Experience working with data base software, e.g., New Innovations or other residency management system highly desirable.
