GPN/LPN Job at Pittsburgh Gastroenterology Associates
FULL TIME LPN/GPN wanted by Busy PRIVATE Gastroenterology Practice located in UPPER ST CLAIR and in the MON VALLEY.
Busy GI practice seeks GPN/LPN to prepare patient office charts, answer telephone and triage calls, assist physicians with patient teaching and follow up. During office hours, check patients in when they arrive for their appointments, collect co-pays and reconcile, room office patients, check-out.
This position involves heavy computer, phone and face to face contact with patients/visitors.
EHR experience is required. Allscripts EHR experience is preferred.
This is a Monday through Friday daylight position primarily based out of our "South Hills Location". Some occasional travel may be required to our "Mon Valley".
Ideal candidate is a motivated team player with excellent patient care, communication, computer skills. Attention to detail is a must. Candidates should be reliable, have strong customer service skills and must be able to multi-task in a busy environment.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1 year medical office experience in a physicians' office setting, gastroenterology experience a plus. Reliable transportation required. Competitive wage and benefit package offered.
