                        Responsibilities

                          Overview: The Graphic Designer, Digital is responsible for developing creative needs including emails, web banners, animated video content, photography and video experience knowledge in social media plan social ads, email content,create flyer , menu design and digital ads as well as traditional mediums and any other design needs of the business

                            Responsible for development, design and execution of all digital marketing communications materials including email campaigns, digital banner ads, social media content, website graphics and wireframes, and animated video content as assigned

                              Collaborate with campaign, channel and cross-functional partners to effectively understand goals and objectives in order to design the best creative that supports those goals

                                Maintain brand design system that maintains the integrity of core design elements and clearly communicate design and business objectives for individual projects

                                  Actively participate in weekly team discussions regarding creative concepts, work in progress, feedback, etc

                                    Actively incorporate customer-first and data-driven feedback on creative work, ensuring feedback is incorporated and learnings are applied to future work

                                      Ensure that brand standards are met in all marketing communication materials and take an active role in proofing all materials before they go into production

                                        Challenges the status quo and brings new ideas to layouts and creative

                                        Other duties as assigned

                                            Overview: The Graphic Designer, Digital is responsible for developing creative needs including emails, web banners, animated video content, social ads, email content, digital ads as well as traditional mediums and any other design needs of the business.

                                            Key Duties & Responsibilities: The Digital Designer’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

                                            • Responsible for development, design and execution of all digital marketing communications materials including email campaigns, digital banner ads, social media content, website graphics and wireframes, and animated video content as assigned.
                                            • Collaborate with campaign, channel and cross-functional partners to effectively understand goals and objectives in order to design the best creative that supports those goals.
                                            • Collaborate with the Creative Director, the creative agency and internal design to create original digital designs that support the brand in the digital space.
                                            • Maintain brand design system that maintains the integrity of core design elements and clearly communicate design and business objectives for individual projects.
                                            • Actively participate in weekly team discussions regarding creative concepts, work in progress, feedback, etc.
                                            • Actively incorporate customer-first and data-driven feedback on creative work, ensuring feedback is incorporated and learnings are applied to future work
                                            • Ensure that brand standards are met in all marketing communication materials and take an active role in proofing all materials before they go into production.
                                            • Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders from other departments within the organization.
                                            • Challenges the status quo and brings new ideas to layouts and creative.
                                            • Seek out and participate in continuing education to enhance their design and marketing capabilities.
                                            • Partner with Compliance to obtain approval for creative changes in the credit marketing strategy.
                                            • Other duties as assigned.
